Oracle RAC on Oracle VM Server for SPARC

I have been doing some research on Oracle RAC and VM.

First, Oracle RAC is NOT certified on VMware (bummer because  I own VMW stock, tangent).

Alternatively, Oracle RAC is certified on Oracle VM.  And for those who don’t like Linux flavor, Oracle VM for Sparc is available.

Oracle VM Server for SPARC

Oracle RAC Technologies Certification Matrix for UNIX Platforms (a little out of date)

Supported Virtualization and Partitioning Technologies for Oracle Database and RAC Product Releases [ID 1173831.1] (up to date)

Hope this helps you on your RAC exploration.
