DataGuard : ORA-16809: multiple warnings detected

EM13c Daily Report was report contained the errors as shown below:

The Data Guard status of EAGLE_PHO is

Warning ORA-16809: multiple warnings detected for the member.

Started to investigate as shown below and what do you think is wrong?

Will give you a chance to guess and post solution later.

$ oerr ora 16809
